International freight operation process

2、 After receiving the order (entrusted by the shipper), the key information that needs to be clarified (usually by fax) is: 1. Shipping date, number of pieces, box type, and box quantity.


3、 Booking: Preparation authorization letter (ten copies); When creating documents, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the original data in order to reduce frequent changes in the subsequent process.

5、 Customs declaration (sometimes at the same time, sometimes before packing): Understand the necessary information for customs declaration of frequently exported goods, fill in the vessel name, voyage, bill of lading number, corresponding packing list, invoice, displayed gross and net weight, number of pieces, packaging type, amount, volume, and verify the correctness of the customs declaration (consistent with the documents).



Display the "Chinese product name" of the goods on the customs declaration form, compare with the complete list of customs codes, check the product codes, verify whether they match, determine the measurement unit based on the codes, and check the missing customs declaration requirements according to the regulatory conditions listed by the customs.
